There is no catch. Federal and state programs, combined with company assistance; cover the full cost of equipment and installation. You enter a simple power agreement: we own the panels, you buy the electricity they produce at a rate lower than what your utility charges.
What if I want to sell my house?
The agreement transfers to the new owner. Homes with solar typically sell faster and at higher prices. We'll help you explain the program to any potential buyers.
Will it work during Oregon's cloudy weather?
